Rusty Powell – President
Rusty Powell is the owner of Nashville, Tennessee’s Choice Property Restoration, LLC., which provides water, fire, mold and indoor air quality education, prevention and emergency response resources. Due to her expertise in these areas, Powell teaches CE’s on mold, water and fire in the Insurance, Real Estate and Property Management fields. In all that Powell does, she strives to contribute to the greater understanding of what the customer’s needs are and the importance of customer education, in addition to cost mitigation, expectations and best industry standards for property managers, facility engineers and the insurance industry.
She has experience serving as the past President of the Nashville Association of Sales Professionals and has worked with Servpro and Gulick & McCauley Construction Co. Additionally, Powell has been a member of the BNI West End Chapter for 4 years, where she is currently serving as Vice President and has served in many capacities in the past, including visitor host. Powell also currently serves as the President of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, which meets every third Thursday to share professional connections and listen to innovative speakers discuss a variety of topics.
Along with her dedication to education and prevention, Powell seeks to be a professional resource for Nashville and the surrounding communities, using her connections to bring awareness and aid to those dealing with water, fire, mold or indoor air quality issues or events.
